  2. If you are unsure of your previous registration method, please log in to the Old Website to check, or contact LINE Customer Service and send the message "Query Registration Method" for assistance.
  3. Note: Your Email on the new website must match the Email used for your old account. If using third-party registration (LINE, Facebook, Google), please ensure the associated Email is the same. If you have changed your Email, please contact LINE Customer Service for manual verification.
  4. Warning: Using a different Email to register will result in the loss of all points and store credits from your old account. Please confirm your Email before proceeding.

Important Notice for All Members

• • Each person is limited to one account. Duplicate registrations will cause the newest account to overwrite the old one, and any points in the old account will be permanently deleted.
  • To protect your rights: if your original account was not a third-party account but you wish to use Quick Login (LINE/FB/Google), please update your original account Email to match your third-party Email before logging in via a third party.
  • Please provide accurate personal information. The store is not responsible for failed deliveries or pickup issues caused by incorrect data. No refunds or re-issuances will be provided in such cases.
  • Starting 2026/01/01, the new website (www.shinpastry.com) will implement a new reward system: earn 1 Store Credit for every $40 spent. 1 Store Credit = $1 discount.

Handling of Old Points and Store Credits (www.shinjuice.com.tw)

• Until 2025/12/30 (inclusive): Existing Store Credits on the old website must be used; otherwise, they will expire.
• 2025/12/31: The old website will stop issuing Member Points.
• From 2026/01/01: Old points will be automatically converted into "New Store Credits."
• 2026/03/01: Deadline to use the "New Store Credits" converted from old points.
